And our friends in Maine grow beautiful Ginger each year on their certified organic farm -- we are fortunate to purchase those roots for our Ginger glycerite.

Ingredients: Fresh Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf†, Fresh Anise Hyssop (Agastache foeniculum) flowering tops†, Fresh Catmint (Nepeta cataria) aerial parts in flower†, Dried Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) flowers†, Dried Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) seed^, Fresh Ginger (Zingiber officinale) root^, Vegetable glycerin^.

Plant Profiles:

• Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) - A soothing and pungent herb with a true lemon scent and flavor, Lemon Balm delights and uplifts the senses while soothing and promoting ease in the digestive system.
• Anise Hyssop (Agastache foeniculum) - This mint-family plant has dense purple flowers that attract beautiful pollinators in Avena's garden. Anise Hyssop has heart-shaped leaves and a sweet and enlivening aroma and licorice-like flavor. An incredible digestive support with an affinity for the nervous and cardiovascular systems.
• Catmint (Nepeta mussini) - Catmint contains a delicious and complex bouquet of essential oils that calm, warm, and encourage healthy digestion. Catmint is a true digestive nervine, softer and sweeter than the commonly known catnip. The greyish leaves are soft and the blue flowers bloom in mid-May, offering nectar to the returning Ruby-throated hummingbirds.
• Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) - Chamomile flowers have the unique qualities of being aromatic, bitter, and moistening. They work to soothe both the senses and the physiology, promoting fantastic digestive function. Helpful for cranky and gassy adults and children alike, Chamomile also helps to relax the nervous system and promote a more restful sleep. Growing and hand-collecting Chamomile flowers in Avena's garden takes time, yet is such an enjoyable and relaxing garden task. Their tiny flowers invite us to be fully present in the process of smelling and gathering them.
• Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) - Fennel seed is sweet, aromatic, and extremely beneficial to the digestive system and the senses. People have worked with Fennel for ages because of its incredible support around occasional gas and indigestion.
• Ginger (Zingiber officinale) - Warming and comforting, fresh Ginger is well known for its soothing, pungent, gently warming and settling digestive qualities. We add a touch of fresh ginger glycerite to this formula for balance, grounding, and yumminess.

Servings: 30 per 1oz bottle.

Serving Size: 20 drops (1ml).

Suggested Use: Add 20 drops (1ml) to 1 ounce of water 2-3 times/day or as directed by your healthcare provider.
