About Chaste Tree Tincture: Beautiful lavender-colored flowers cover this small Mediterranean tree in summer. These flowers turn into small peppery-tasting seeds that are collected in autumn and tinctured in organic alcohol. Vitex, a.k.a. ‘Chaste Tree', has long been used in Europe and for several years in North America to support hormone balance in individuals seeking reinforcement around menses, reproductive organs, breast health, postpartum wellness, healthy breastmilk, and the early stages of perimenopause.
Chaste Tree is a gentle herb that supports a healthy menstrual cycle and gentle transition into menopause and is a valuable tonic postpartum. Chaste Tree tincture may also support healthy libido in female bodies.
