• Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) - A mild-tasting but powerful root native to the northern hemisphere. We have been growing several Eleuthero plants in our Biodynamic^® gardens in order to better understand this special shrub's spirit and energy. Eleuthero's adaptogenic qualities help build resilience and increase physical stamina, mental focus, and a feeling of standing on solid ground. Encourages immune health.
• Milky Oats (Avena sativa) - The same plant as the beloved breakfast cereal, and Avena's namesake, fresh green Milky Oat seeds are calming, soothing, nourishing, and deeply restorative to the nervous system of the body.
• Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) - The flowers of this intricate and beautiful plant remind us that life is a special gift. They bring perspective and a gentle grounding to the senses. Passionflower supports the nervous system, and eases a restless mind and circular thinking that can hinder falling asleep.
• Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) - This mint family plant soothes the nervous system and assists the mind and body in relaxing and feeling more balanced and centered. Skullcap cools agitated emotional states and soothes frayed nerves -- especially supportive for people burning the candle at both ends. Quieting and restorative, Skullcap helps reset and restore vitality to the nervous system.

Serving Size: 10 (.5ml)-20 drops (1ml).
