About Boneset Tincture: Boneset is a special plant growing in our gardens. The bitter flavor helps to get digestive juices flowing, and encourages healthy function of the entire digestive system.

As an immune support, Boneset has long been used from autumn through spring to encourage the immune system to do its job. This tincture can be indispensable to have on hand during the colder months, and can be used in place of Echinacea or even Elderberry.

This plant's name has much to do with its indication for use to promote bone health. An ally for maintaining strong and healthy bones.

Garden Notes: This beautiful, white, flowering plant, native to New England, is beloved by a variety of pollinating insects. Each August, we hand-harvest the flowering tops from our Biodynamic^® gardens and tincture them fresh in organic alcohol. We also leave flowers to reseed naturally and, in spring, we carefully watch to see where they are emerging.

Taste / Energetics: bitter, mildly aromatic, little bit of mineral, cooling, supportive.

When to reach for it: In the colder months, like Echinacea, for immune support. For respiratory support. To help energy flow in the upper or lower respiratory tract. When occasional deep muscular aches are present. As a tonic for strong and healthy bones, ligaments, joints, and tendons. To encourage digestive juices and function, especially when there is a nervous component.

Servings: 60 per 1oz bottle.

Serving Size: 10 drops (.5ml).

Suggested Use: Add 10-20 drops (.5-1ml) to 1 ounce of water 1-3 times/day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
