About Echinacea & Goldenseal Blend: This tincture combines two of our mightiest immune support roots, Echinacea and Goldenseal. An incredible coupling of herbs to have on hand throughout the winter, as well as for times when encouraging a healthy response to seasonal challenges is desired. Goldenseal supports the health of mucous membranes in the upper respiratory system, digestive tract, and vagina.

Ingredients: Fresh Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea) root†, Fresh Goldenseal (Hydrastis canadensis) root^, Grain Alcohol^, Spring Water.

Plant Profiles:

• Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea) - We grow hundreds of Echinacea plants in our Biodynamic^® gardens. The magnificent purple flowers are covered with bees and butterflies in August. Standing in a bed of flowering Echinacea delights the senses and spirit, and the sweet smell of the flowers brings joy to the heart. We dig three-year old roots in fall and tincture them fresh. These roots are tingly and potent. Echinacea is like sunlight to the immune system, moving emotional stuckness and brightening one's mood. Commonly called Purple Coneflower, this plant also supports the lymphatic system of the body.
• Goldenseal (Hydrastis canadensis) - The root of this herb is yellow and bitter. This much revered plant encourages healthy mucous membranes and offers strong immune system support. We purchase fresh Goldenseal from a certified organic grower and encourage all people using herbs to support organic Goldenseal growers in order to protect this native plant.

Servings: 30 per 1oz bottle.

Serving Size: 20 drops (1ml).

Suggested Use: Add 20 drops (1ml) to 1 ounce of water 3-4 times/day for a max of 14 days, or as suggested by your healthcare provider.
